CHANGELOG · WHAT SHIPPED · WHAT'S NEXT

Cadence over consensus.

We ship weekly. Sometimes daily. This is the record — every substantive change to Takeover, AXON, and the rest of the stack. Roadmap items are visible on /product; deeper architectural notes live on /axon.

SHIPPEDAXONSECURITYPLATFORMDESIGNFIX
  1. · v1.5
    SHIPPEDAXONPLATFORM

    Multi-company ensemble + per-entity audit.

AXON now operates across multiple companies as a single ensemble. Each entity gets its own audit trail, its own memory namespace, and its own action history — but you toggle between them in one window. SOC 2 evidence is collected per-entity automatically, which means a single AXON action that touches CWA and SimplicityFunds writes two distinct audit rows instead of one ambiguous one.

  2. SHIPPEDDESIGN

The /compare page, the /raise brief, and OG cards for every route.

Three asks investors kept making: 'why won't OpenAI just build this,' 'send me your one-pager,' and 'your link looks broken when I paste it.' All three now have a real answer. The /compare page lays out the moat against ChatGPT, Notion+AI, and Zapier. The /raise page is the long-form investor brief, unlisted. Every page now ships its own dynamically-generated Open Graph image.

  3. SHIPPEDDESIGN

The /centralized demo got 41 routed pages and a sidebar that actually transforms.

Previously the company-switcher demo just changed the dashboard colors. Now every sidebar item on every company routes to a fully-built page: pull requests, bookkeeping, sales pipeline, compliance, custodian data, IPS documents, inter-co agreements, board prep, and 33 more. Total cost: one weekend. Total LOC: ~5,000. It's the most honest mockup we've ever shipped because it shows the actual shape of the product.

  4. DESIGNFIX

Home demo: anti-camouflage pass, sequential auto-cycle, dedicated connecting view.

The home page demo used to feel passive — workflows looked alike, transitions were soft, AXON's connecting state was indistinguishable from its working state. We split connecting and working into separate views, bumped contrast across all chrome, and made the demo always advance to the next workflow on completion. The finance workflow still shows the 'ask first' flow on first play to teach the pattern.

  5. SHIPPEDAXONDESIGN

AXON in Motion — dark Slack view, cleaner avatars, and an actual cinematic demo.

Rebuilt the long-form AXON demo on /axon as a continuous storyboard instead of a tab-switcher. Each step now flows into the next with motion. The Slack view properly respects dark mode. AXON's voice utterances appear as captions in real time. Designers will recognize the pattern from Apple keynote demos.

  6. SHIPPEDAXON

FinanceMock got real: interactive month switching, dual income/spent area chart, audit log, invoicer.

The finance demo used to be a static screenshot of a chart. It's now four fully interactive views inside one window: a bookkeeping dashboard with a hover-tooltip area chart, an audit log redesigned for non-tech consumers (activity feed style instead of database log), an invoicer with line-item drafting, and an all-transactions ledger. Clicking AXON's suggestions actually applies them.

  7. SHIPPEDDESIGN

EngineerCodeMock — VS Code + GitHub Actions simulator inside one mockup.

Recreated the developer surface as a working mockup with a fully interactive sidebar (workspace nav, file viewer, branch switcher), a code panel showing AXON-authored diffs in real time, and a status panel that simulates CI runs. The hire-mira mockup got the same treatment — workspace nav + candidate switching + actual action buttons that update the candidate state.

  8. SHIPPEDPLATFORMDESIGN

Five pillars, stack diagram, integration spotlight — /product structured around the real architecture.

Grouped the 18 capability modules into five pillars (Books, Comms, Code, People, Compliance) so the product page reads as a system, not a feature dump. The new StackDiagram component visualizes the Tauri runtime, Rust core, MCP layer, and AXON orchestration. The integrations strip became an editorial spotlight on the 500+ tools accessible via MCP.

  9. AXONDESIGN

AmbientAxon: the orb is now always present in every mockup.

AXON is ambient by design — not something you summon. To match that promise, the AmbientAxon component now lives in every product mockup's chrome (titlebar-adjacent, bottom-right). It pulses when AXON is listening, flares when AXON is thinking, and goes quiet when AXON is done. Adds zero distraction, removes any 'where do I activate AXON?' confusion.

  10. PLATFORMDESIGN

AppWindow primitive — every product mockup now shares one realistic desktop chrome.

Built a shared AppWindow component that gives every demo the same Tauri-shaped window: rounded corners, traffic lights, titlebar with logo, optional sidebar, optional status bar. Before this, each mockup invented its own chrome. After this, everything looks like the same app — because it is.

  11. SECURITY

Security: kill switch, audit trail, on-prem story, SOC 2 in progress.

The /security page got a real spine: TrustMarks band at the top, FearAnswer panels addressing the four questions every CISO asks ('can I revoke?', 'can I audit?', 'can I run it on-prem?', 'what about my data?'), and the live KillSwitchMock showing exactly what a one-button revocation looks like.

  12. DESIGN

Founders, beliefs, timeline — /about page got rebuilt as editorial.

Replaced the bullet-list founder section with a stacked card swap (active founder front, others fanned behind with subtle red pulse), a milestones timeline going from 2021 (CodeWithAli founded) through 2026 (AXON v1 live), and three editorial belief panels. Added Sem Seem as the third founder card.
